Failed generations

You are never charged for a generation that fails or that you cancel: the reserved credits return to your balance automatically.

Credit purchases

Unused credits from a purchase can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Contact whitelabel-test@bitxor.cc with your order number.

Credits that have been used, and bonus or promotional credits, are not refundable.

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under consumer protection law where you live.

Payment problems

If you were charged but did not receive credits, contact whitelabel-test@bitxor.cc with your order number and we will fix it.
