1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of Bitxor AI (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Service.

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to your email, Google or Telegram account secure.

3. Credits

Generations are paid for with credits. Credits are a limited, non-transferable license to use the Service; they have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money except where the law requires it or as described in our Refund Policy.

Credits are reserved when you start a generation and only charged when it succeeds. If a generation fails or you cancel it, the reserved credits are returned automatically.

4. Your content

You keep your rights to the photos and other material you upload (“Inputs”) and, to the extent permitted by law, to the results generated for you (“Outputs”).

You grant us the limited license needed to store and process Inputs and Outputs to provide the Service. We do not use your Inputs to train models without your consent.

You confirm you own or have permission to use every Input, including the consent of every person who appears in it.

5. Acceptable use

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may remove content, withhold Outputs, or suspend accounts that break it.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Templates, prices and features may change; changes to credit prices do not affect credits you already hold.

7. Disclaimers and liability

AI-generated results can be inaccurate or unexpected. The Service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Termination

You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for violations of these Terms.
